Moberg Pharma is a rapidly growing Swedish pharmaceutical company commercializing proprietary, acquired and licensed products in the global market.
We are close to launch our novel treatment for nail fungus, MOB-015. Clinical trials have shown word leading ability to kill off nail fungus and our goal is market approval and launch in 2023. Commercial partners and distributors are in place in most important markets, and we also secured 120M funding this summer.
Moberg has a long history with previous success with the predecessor to MOB-015, Kerasal. It became the leading treatment for nail fungus in e.g. USA. In 2019 Kerasal was divested and we are ready to exceed the success with MOB-015.
Currently, we are ca 10 employees and several consultants. One consultant is dedicated to supply chain and preparations for the commercial phase and will be a valuable asset to the next Head of Supply Chain.
Are you our next Head of Supply Chain?
We are looking for a senior person with a strong commercial focus and great negotiation skills to run all aspects of supply chain. It takes extensive experience from strategical, tactical and operational responsibilities as well as some kind of leadership function.
Maybe you have had a similar role before, and would love to participate in a product launch? Or are you an experienced supply chain manager looking for the next logical step in your career?
The job
Moberg Pharma is a small company where you will have the entire responsibility for all aspects of supply chain, although supported by consultants and colleagues.
The role will change over time, from preparing for launch to going global and expanding the team, but here are some examples:
Strategy: We are going from clinical trials to commercialisation and global expansion. You lay out the strategies for the entire supply chain to meet the changing circumstances and present to CEO and the board.
Tactics: You are the one choosing & negotiating with CMO and other suppliers. You ensure solid and beneficial contracts regarding e.g. quality, time and cost, in close contact with other functions at Moberg Pharma and partners.
Operational: There will be many meetings and emails! Discussions with suppliers, distributors, partners and colleagues within e.g. regulatory, marketing, business development, clinical development, quality assurance and development.

You will report to the CEO.
Location: Headquarters in Alvik, Stockholm. Close to subway and good parking options.
Working hours: 80-100%. At least 3 days a week from the office in Alvik. Some international meetings at after-hours (compensated with time).

Hi Anna, who are you?
Since 2019 I'm the CEO of Moberg Pharma, but I've been here for more than 16 years, first as CFO.
What are you recruiting a Head of Supply Chain?
We expect to launch MOB-015 next year and need to ensure supply chain. We have excellent consultants engaged, but we need someone long-term as well. That is also inly the first step. We have strong commercial partners in place for EU, Japan, South Korea, Israel and Canada and are planning for going global after our first launch in EU.
What do you expect from the Head of Supply Chain?
I'm looking for a senior person with great commercial insights that can build, implement and maintain the entire supply chain. Also, we need someone with experience from project management, as project management of our EU launch also will be included in the role. A great commercial insight is a must, e.g. understanding of how supply decision affect cost, time and quality. You must be a good negotiator.
What kind of manager are you?
From my direct reports I expect a high degree of independence, but also to keep me in the loop and discuss important decisions. Let me know what you are thinking, but I trust you to be the expert. I also believe in a friendly and inclusive work environment.

Latest as COO (accountable for Global Supply and R&D), Senior Advisor, Leadership roles in Global Externa sourcing, , Global Supply Director and New Product Introduction Director and many more., I'm now consulting at Moberg Pharma. I'm here to support the launch of a new product and establishment of a and development of a supply chain and will initially work very close to the Head of Supply Chain.
