Cross-Functional Project Leader, BioArctic

Are you a strategic project leader with extensive experience from different phases of drug development? BioArctic is seeking an experienced Cross-Functional Project Leader to drive our R&D projects forward and participating in shaping BioArctic’s strategic direction.
About the Role
As a Cross-Functional Project Leader, you will work closely with internal and external resources, including Research, CMC, Quality, Clinical Development, and Regulatory Affairs. Your focus will be on drug development, including post-approval projects and competitive intelligence activities. You will be part of BioArctic’s Strategic Development Team, contributing to indication selection and development planning. You report to BioArctic’s Chief Medical Officer and belong to the Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs Department.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of R&D projects
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and external collaborations
- Develop and implement project and translational strategies
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Manage project budgets
- Report progress and strategic recommendations to executives and the board
- Drive scenario planning, risk management, and opportunity management
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent relevant education
- Extensive experience in pharmaceutical project leadership, with a focus on clinical development
- Strong understanding of biological drug development in different phases
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines, IP strategies, and risk assessment
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of patent and IP strategies
